DIGITAL PRINTING

Various design possibilities with full colour and gradation print without the limitation of colours.

Digital presses use high-quality toners and liquid ink to produce sharper images and better designs. Our Indigo press, for example, uses ElectroInk, a liquid ink with smaller particles that result in more vibrant, clear images. 

DIE CUTTING

Die cutting is a fabrication process which uses specialized machines and machine tools to convert stock material by cutting, forming, and shearing it into custom shapes and designs.

FLEXO PRINTING

Flexography, form of rotary printing in which ink is applied to various surfaces by means of flexible rubber (or other elastomeric) printing plates. The inks used in flexography dry quickly by evaporation and are safe for use on wrappers that come directly in contact with foods.

BLANK LABELS

Manufactured only from quality materials, these labels are available in a range of different sizes to suit almost any direct thermal or ribbon label printer.

PRINTING RIBBONS

Thermal Transfer ribbons for product identification and traceability labels. The Inkanto ribbons we stock offer fine print quality and are guaranteed for life. Available in various sizes and grades including resin.

DESIGN AND REPRO

Artwork needs to be supplied in one of the following formats; COREL DRAW VERSION X8; VECTOR FORMAT EPS; VECTOR FORMAT PDF OR A VECTOR FORMAT AI FILE; HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG (this format however does not allow for us to make any changes on behalf of the customer)

In house experienced designers are available to assist customers with designing or re-creating their artwork if none of the above formats are available.
